Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose. The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Bluebell Web Design & Marketing. Any scripts, cgi applications, software or reports, unless specifically agreed, provided by or written by us remain the copyright of Bluebell Web Design & Marketing and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with our permission.
Accuracy of content
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that fees quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all services have been fairly described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained on this website.
We accept no liability for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect consequential or special loss arising from any services we provide to you. You, the client, agree to indemnify us for any claims made against Bluebell Web Design arising from any of the agreed services provided.
Damage to your computer
We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, it is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Fees
We will provide a quotation for any services to be provided to you. Our quotation will stipulate whether a deposit payment up front is required. All deposits are non-refundable. The fees quoted are based on our estimate of the time required to complete the service from our understanding of the information provided by you. If the criteria change during the project, requiring additional time or services to complete the project, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. We will discuss this with you prior to starting any additional work.
Upon completion you have a specified period of time to accept our work or ask for any amendments, after which final payment will be required within 14 days. In the case of website build, payment will be required within 14 days of acceptance, even if you wish to delay or cancel the “go live” date for any reason.
All errors after handover of the site for a period of 60 days will be fixed free of charge. Any minor additions or amendments to the content or structure of the site are included up to 2 hours in any one 12 month period. Any complex work will be subject to an additional fee. Any work carried out to the site after the expiry of 2 hours will be charged at our hourly rate, unless an optional support package has been purchased.
If your website is to be hosted by us, you agree to pay our monthly support fee in advance by standing order. This fee will not cover any additional support or work subsequently requested.
All fees are displayed exclusive of VAT.
